The Buttercream Bakehouse is a mother & daughter owned in-home bakery located in the Twin Cities. The bakehouse specializes in bespoke desserts for weddings and everyday celebrations. Lisa Kay Olson is the master baker. After years of baking for family & friends, formulating delicious recipes, and honing frosting techniques she partnered with her daughter, Gabrielle Rischer, and obtained her cottage food license. With that, the Buttercream Bakehouse was born!
